"Forging's Technology Leader"
Service to our customer is Anchor-Harvey's number one mission.
We achieve this in many ways. Two of the most important are:
- Maintaining a technological superiority
- Providing engineering services, including design assistance and application analysis, through our sales engineers in the field.
Technology Tools
Forging Simulation
With E-files from customers, we can simulate with the most current software on the market exactly how your forging can be efficiently formed, and assess design parameters and metal flow analysis to improve forgability.

3-D Design Software
ProE and Solid Works allow our experienced forging designers and apprenticed diesinkers to quickly go from your files to steel, shortening the "print to part" lead-time.
Rapid Prototyping (Stereo Lithography)
Anchor-Harvey can provide prototype samples within 2 days of design completion. Please indicate this requirement on the RFQ form so that a quote can be provided.
Rapid Tooling
Anchor-Harvey provides one of the quickest "print to part" services in the forging industry.
Based on the design and complexity of your raw component, Anchor-Harvey can provide forged samples in three to five weeks. Add one week for machined samples.
FEA Capability
Anchor-Harvey can provide finite element analysis.
Dynamic Loading Capability
Provide dynamic loading stress analysis to customers who need this.
Extended Forge Die Life
Replacement die costs and resinks are a significant cost in the manufacturing process. Anchor-Harvey is currently testing world-class die materials such as Refined H13, CPM1V, and SiN Ceramic.
