Anchor Harvey uses a Jenfab 360-1 rotary ultrasonic washer with a two-stage separate wash and rinse system and 5-micron filtration, along with other parts washing equipment. The ultrasonic process removes machining oils, chips, and contaminants from finished components, including from internal passages and features that are difficult to reach with conventional washing. Clean parts support accurate final inspection and prepare components for downstream coating, assembly, or direct use.
